- Workspace
- Your team’s shared area containing projects and settings.
- Project
- One design job, containing rooms and product selections.
- Room / space
- A location where products belong.
- Schedule
- A discipline such as Furniture or Finishes. An exported schedule lists those selections in a document.
- Category / type
- A classification within a schedule, such as Seating.
- FF&E
- Furniture, fixtures and equipment.
- Product card
- An item’s images, specifications, quantity, price and status.
- Import / extraction
- Reading product information from a supplier page or document.
- Manual card
- A product you enter yourself.
- Export
- A generated file based on selected project content.
- Photo pack
- A ZIP containing product images and selected supporting files.
- Proposal
- A client document with selected items, pricing and client details.
- Procurement status
- The product’s stage: Proposed, Approved, Ordered or Delivered.
