Open Settings, then Billing. Review the current plan, Credit Balance and Usage by Project. The values shown here belong to the demonstration session, and your plan may differ. Document analysis shows the detected items, links to analyze, credits needed and available balance before approval. Our fictional PDF created one item directly with zero credits. Supplier links can have a separate analysis charge. After analysis, inspect the draft and its destinations. The panel states that publishing reviewed items does not charge for the same analysis again. Review the current retry cost before repeating an extraction. Use the project usage and recent activity to understand what was charged. If a balance or plan limit blocks work, have the workspace owner review it. This session did not start a subscription or change billing settings.

WHERE TO GOSettings → Billing

Before you start

  • Access to the workspace billing information.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Check your balance

Review the plan, usage, and displayed allowance. Use current values in Casa; charges vary by plan and action.

  2. 2

    Distinguish analysis from import

Document analysis approval and final Import are separate steps. The final import adds the reviewed items without charging for that same analysis again.

  3. 3

    Review retries

Failed supplier analysis and re-extraction may still consume credits. Check the action and cost before repeating it.

  4. 4

    Resolve a blocked action

If credits or an overage limit block work, review the message and ask the workspace owner to review the plan. Repeated attempts do not replenish the balance.

Invoices and unexpected usage

Settings → Billing contains the available plan, invoice and subscription-management actions. Access depends on your role.

For unexpected usage, check the usage history where available and contact Support with the project, action and approximate time. Retrying an import can use more credits.

Check the result

You know the available balance, the intended action cost, and where to resolve a billing issue.
