Use this reference beside your project.

## Terms

**Workspace**: Your team’s shared area containing projects and settings.

**Project**: One design job, containing rooms and product selections.

**Room / space**: A location where products belong.

**Schedule**: A discipline such as Furniture or Finishes. An exported schedule lists those selections in a document.

**Category / type**: A classification within a schedule, such as Seating.

**FF&E**: Furniture, fixtures and equipment.

**Product card**: An item’s images, specifications, quantity, price and status.

**Import / extraction**: Reading product information from a supplier page or document.

**Manual card**: A product you enter yourself.

**Export**: A generated file based on selected project content.

**Photo pack**: A ZIP containing product images and selected supporting files.

**Proposal**: A client document with selected items, pricing and client details.

**Procurement status**: The product’s stage: Proposed, Approved, Ordered or Delivered.
